How does Auto Refill work?

Auto Refills are the best way to ensure you never run out of your treatment. If prescribed, receive your treatment on time every month. Simple as that.

Convenience is key

To keep things simple on your end, we'll keep your payment information on file and charge you when you need more. You can always modify your payment method in your account, or deactivate anytime.

You're in charge

Auto Refills are here to make your life a little easier. Instead of remembering to order more, we'll send you an email before you run out. Need to postpone your next delivery? Adjust your next shipment date in your account as needed. Cancel anytime.

How does Pharmacy Pick-up work?

If approved by the eye doctor, your prescription will be sent to a pharmacy of your choice, where you will pick up and pay for the prescription upon arrival. We cannot guarantee the price or product availability at the pharmacy, and cannot provide refill information.

If you would like you change the pharmacy selected, use the 'Edit' function, or reach out to our Customer Service team at (877) 237-7997.
